A Facebook ads dashboard that shows an agency everything, from account spend down to a single ad by hour

The whole account in one place. Spend, leads, cost per lead and click-through at the top, then campaigns, ad sets and individual ads underneath, a day-by-hour heatmap showing when leads actually arrive, and a written weekly report that sends itself.

Opens in a new tab. Click through it like a visitor would, nothing is a screenshot.

Every ad in the account with twelve figures side by side, grouped by campaign with subtotals, and a health grade per ad. Demo data throughout
4
levels of detail, account down to one ad
12
figures per ad, side by side
168
hour slots showing when leads land
1
client per copy, nothing shared between them

The problem

The ad platform's own reporting is built for one advertiser looking at their own account. An agency running ads for a portfolio has to log in and out of accounts, rebuild the same views by hand every time, and export to a spreadsheet the moment anyone asks a question the platform does not answer on one screen. So the questions that matter get asked late: which ad is actually producing the bookings, is that campaign still worth its budget, and why did last week cost more than the week before. Usually somebody finds out because the client noticed first.

All 168 hours of the week. The dark cells are when leads actually arrive, which here is evenings and weekends, and rarely matches when the budget goes out
The account view: spend, leads, cost per lead and click-through against the previous period, with trend charts, creative health and budget pacing underneath
The same figures one level up, at campaign level, expanding down through ad sets to individual ads so a total always traces to its cause

What shipped

  • The full account in one place, from total spend down to a single ad, with no exporting
  • Four levels of detail that reconcile, so a number can always be traced to the ad that caused it
  • Twelve figures per ad side by side, including frequency, cost per click and video hold rate
  • A 168-hour heatmap showing which days and hours actually produce leads
  • A separate copy per client, so one client's data cannot appear in another's dashboard
