Built the full lead-to-booking system for an SMP and SPMU clinic, brand, funnel, AI receptionist, all wired together
Audited a broken GHL setup, rebuilt the lead journey from scratch, deployed Olivia (Conversation AI + Voice AI) as the always-on receptionist, and produced the brand identity and funnel copy to match.

The Problem
A scalp micropigmentation and semi-permanent makeup clinic had a GoHighLevel sub-account that wasn't working, miswired reply handlers, nurture flows that didn't stop after a booking, a dead Client Acquisition pipeline, an unwired AI agent named Olive, and no clear separation between SMP and SPMU customer journeys. Leads were leaking, follow-up was inconsistent, and there was no after-hours coverage for inbound enquiries.
What I Built
A full Phase 1 buildout: audit, cleanup, architecture, AI, and brand. Fixed the H2/H3 reply-handler miswire, retired the dead pipeline, removed the unwired Olive agent, and rebuilt the lead journey with clean opportunity fields, custom values (pricing, booking links, gallery links, reservation-fee handling), and tags (source, handoff, booking intent, paused-AI, sensitive cases). Built a calendar architecture covering SMP Treatment, SPMU Treatment, Specialty Consult, and a Bookings calendar group. Deployed Olivia as the receptionist, Primary Olivia for general questions and Booking Olivia for booking progression, plus a Voice AI Olivia with handoff rules and SMS follow-up logic for inbound and outbound calls. On the brand side, produced the Lancashire SMP brand direction, visual identity (logo, typography, colour system, guidelines), ICA documents for SMP and SPMU, funnel copy, package-page structure, and booking funnel assets.
