The Problem
Onboarding each new franchise location meant 3-5 days of email chains — collecting business details, chasing photo submissions, manually setting up Google folders and trackers. It didn't scale.
What I Built
A guided intake form that replaces the entire onboarding coordinator role. Franchisees fill it out once — the system creates their Google Drive folder, tracker spreadsheet, and content doc, sends confirmation emails, pings the team on Slack, and starts tracking their photo submission progress automatically.
